Holden Recreation is excited to work with T. Rose Karate.

Mr. Rose will be teaching an Okinawan karate style called Uechiryu. The children will learn how to use their karate for self-defense and self-discipline. There will be a lot of fun drills using kicking pads as well as other training exercises including learning the traditional Kata.
The Class will take place at T. Rose Karate Holden at 1406 Main st. in Holden.

Instructor Biography:
Tyler Rose began his study of Martial Arts at his fathers Dojo, T. Rose Karate school in Northboro, at the age of 5. He currently holds the rank of Yondan, which is a 4th degree black belt. Tyler opened his own school in Holden in the fall of 2022, he continues to train with his father Tracy Rose as senior student. Tyler is a board member of the Uechiryu Butokukai and teaches at both karate schools.
