Splash Party Reservation Information

CHECK OUT OUR SPLASH PARTY AVAILABILITY CALENDAR

The Recreation Department will be accepting reservations for splash parties starting April 15th at 9:00am. Any applications made prior to the start date will be invalid. Completed applications can be submitted in person at our office located at 1420 Main Street, or by email to holdenrec@holdenma.gov . Completed applications will be processed in the order they are received, on a first come first serve basis, NO phone reservations will be accepted.

Once your application is processed, a Holden Recreation employee will contact you with an update. 

Dates the pool can be reserved 
During Season - Daily excluding Tuesdays (starting 6/30) after WRSD last day to Sunday, August 9th. (6pm - 8pm)

The individual reserving the splash party MUST have a seasonal pool pass and have the attached Holden Pool Splash Party Form filled out or the request will not be valid. Payment is due in the form of cash or check on the night of your scheduled party. 

Splash parties run from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and are held at the Dawson Recreation pool, 200 Salisbury st. in Holden. Rental cost will be for the use of ONE pool only (splash pool or lap pool). The cost is $200 for up to 25 people and $25 for every additional 10 people. Cost of reserving both pools would be double the standard rental price. The head count will be based on every person on the pool deck in your party.  A head count will be taken the evening of your scheduled booking to verify the total number of people in your party.
