Spring has arrived — making it the perfect time to reconnect and care for yourself with intention.   Join 200 RYT and founder of The Good Getter, Ariana Becker, for a nourishing, all-levels yoga flow (beginners always welcome). This one-hour class will center on self-love, compassion, growth, and heart-opening practices, combining breath work, meditation, and full-body movement to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. After class, participants will gather for a mindful journaling reflection focused on self-exploration and intention setting. (pens and paper provided).   Ari is a resident of Holden, native of Princeton, mama to two littles, and full-time social media manager. Her passions include mindfulness, dancing, the great outdoors, supporting all-things local, strong coffee and meeting new people.
