The data provided - emergency contacts, allergies info and more, will help us better serve you. Make sure your child's date of birth, age and grade are correct prior to registering for a program. If not, call the office at 508-829-0263. This info will also automatically fill out your registration forms. To report an absence in the After school program - please email the respective school below. To ensure we get the information to the after school site coordinator, please let us know before 2:00pm.
