Join us for a fun and engaging Parent & Child Yoga class designed especially for children ages 4–8 and their caregivers! This playful and relaxing program helps families bond through movement, breath work, and mindfulness.

No prior yoga experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm, a yoga mat for each participant, and get ready to stretch, move, and connect!
Details:
  • Ages: 4–8 (child must be registered; one caregiver per child)
  • What to Bring: A yoga mat for both the child and adult
  • Note: Please register your child; accompanying adults do not need to register separately.
