Feel Better Fitness – Advanced Level
 
Feel Better Fitness is back for a third year at the Town of Holden Recreation Department Studio. The Advanced Level classes are designed for 55+ individuals who are already familiar with the program. 
 
We’ve kicked things up a notch this season with more cardio, heavier weights and floor work. But don’t worry, you’ll still have fun while you challenge yourself and strengthen your muscles, bones and brain. This class is the perfect complement to your already active lifestyle. Choose to attend one, two or three days a week.
 
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring sneakers and a water bottle. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio.
 
Taught by NASM-certified Senior Fitness Specialist Martha Ruch.
Martha is American Heart Association-certified in Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid. She is insured and CORI-checked as well. She’s been running Feel Better Fitness classes in the area since 2022.

Four-week Fall Session: (All classes are 50 minutes in length)
Mon. Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29 @ 3:30 pm                           Cost: $49
Tues. Sept. 9, 16, 23 and 30 @ 9 am OR 10 am                Cost: $49
Wed. Sept. 10, 17, 24 and Oct. 1 @ 3:30 pm                    Cost: $49
Thurs. Sept. 11, 18, 25 and Oct. 2 @ 9 am OR 10 am        Cost: $49
