A dynamic full-body class blending strength, cardio, core, flexibility, and mobility training with dumbbells, loops, and bodyweight.
Accessible and effective for all fitness levels and ages.

Participants must supply their own mat. All other equipment will be provided!

Who: Open to all ages and skill levels
