Feel Better Fitness, a program designed for ages 55+, will continue at the Holden Recreation Dept. Studio in February and March. We use bands, dumbbells and kettlebells for a whole-body workout that’s both challenging and fun. Participants have noticed improvement in their strength, stability and stamina. Small class sizes mean individual attention, including modifications based on individual needs and abilities. Led by NASM-Certified Senior Fitness Specialist Martha Ruch. Chairs are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  Class size is limited to 8 participants. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am and 10 am. This 1 hour dance-fitness class combines music and movement for a great workout! Sign up by class or for the entire 6 week Session! About the Instructor:This class is taught by Casey Sullivan. Casey is a certified Zumba instructor with years of experience! She is also a NASM certified personal trainer and women's fitness specialists!   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Where: The class takes place in the Recreation Studio located at 1420 Main St. (Pull around to the back of the building for easy access) When: The class takes place from 6PM-7PM on Tuesday Evenings
